These terms govern your use of MARK, operated by Inspired Technology. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
MARK helps you create and manage Meta advertising campaigns and qualify buyer enquiries on WhatsApp. Features depend on the plan you choose.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the project information you provide and for keeping your login details secure.
Approvals and advertising spend
Campaigns are published and spending changes are made only after your confirmation. Advertising costs are billed by Meta directly to you and are separate from your MARK subscription.
Subscriptions
Plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
You agree to follow Meta and WhatsApp policies and applicable laws, including advertising and data-protection rules, and to contact buyers only with appropriate consent.
Liability
MARK provides recommendations, but campaign results are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.
